Pigments are the modeller’s secret for the finest dust and ash, and this white ashes tone gives you the pale residue of burnt-out fires. Use it to settle ash over a scorched surface, dust a cold fire pit or add a pale, powdery bloom where something has burned away to nothing.

Apply the fine powder dry for a dusty finish or fix it in place with pigment fixer or thinner, working over a matt surface for the best grip. Browse the full AK Interactive weathering effects range for more to build up alongside it.
