A firm favourite on the bench, and for good reason. This fine 600-grit sanding stick handles the everyday refining work smoothing seams, tidying edges and prepping surfaces with the control a rigid stick gives you over a floppy sheet. The quality abrasive lasts, and the stick’s colour flags the grade at a glance.

• Controlled sanding in tight spots
• General refining before finer grits
