Sand gets everywhere on campaign into wheel arches, exhaust grilles, stowage and tracks and this AK Interactive set is built to recreate exactly that. Two enamel dust tones sit alongside a bottle of White Spirit, giving you proper control over how heavy or how subtle the build-up ends up rather than committing to one flat coat.

What’s in the box

• Two enamel dust-effect colours for arid, sun-bleached ground
• A bottle of White Spirit for thinning and blending

Best for

• Afrika Korps armour and other desert campaigns
• Dusting wheels, tracks and lower hulls on any arid-theatre vehicle
• Building dust up gradually instead of overdoing it in one pass

Stipple it on dry for texture, or work it wet with the White Spirit for a softer, blended haze either way it takes the guesswork out of matching your own dust tone from scratch.
