An Abhorrant Cardinal is a vampiric preacher who spreads the glory of Ushoran wherever he treads. Having drunk from the Carrion King’s chalice, he shapes the shared delusion of his court with bloody rites and gibberish hymns turning hungry mordants into frenzied fanatics and stymying his enemies with cursed prayers.
